TRAVEL DETAILS

A complimentary airport transfer is provided for students only when arriving/departing on Transfer day (Tuesdays) and only at the following airports: LONDON HEATHROW (LHR), LONDON STANSTED (STN) . If you require a transfer from a different location (eg a different airport, train station, school or private house) please provide us with the details below and a cost quotation will be sent to you.

Parents are not allowed to travel in the standard taxis - if you wish to travel with your child select ‘Other’ and advise your requirements and we will advise the price of the supplement separately.

A complimentary transfer MUST BE BOOKED and flight details provided NO LESS THAN 4 WEEKS prior to arrival date. We will not be able to provide a complimentary transfer after this date.

Many (most) of our independent students travel without an adult without problem. Airline travel is very safe and we have someone to meet them on arrival and take them to check-in for departure. However we recognise that some parents wish to have their children travel with the airline provided Unaccompanied Minor Service - if you still wish to do this please indicate this below.

Unaccompanied Minor Service

If you plan to book an Unaccompanied Minor Service (UMS) with your chosen airline you will need to make arrangements for a chaperone to meet your child on arrival and to manage their departure. Experio English Ltd can help with this using our airport chaperone partner. There is a supplement of £100 for this service.
